How do I apply?

Apply directly for the position you're interested in on our web site's Jobs page. Your resume will go directly to our internal HRM system, and will be assessed by one of our recruiters. We'll contact you if we think there might be a good match between your background and our needs.

What is the recruitment process like at First Choice ITHR?

After applying to any of our roles, you'll be in our system, so our recruiters can easily find you as they continuously screen the applications that come in.
The general process is:
  • online PI assessment
  • testing for specific roles
  • HR interview
  • Hiring / Team Manager interview

Can I work remotely and as a contractor?

We believe in the power and efficiency of teams working onsite and at the same time we offer a flexible work schedule but some jobs aren't restricted by commutes or a particular geographic area.
We hire both regular and contract employees.

What kind of fees do we charge?

We do not charge candidates any fees whatsoever for placing them. When we place a candidate successfully with a client organisation, we charge the client a percentage of the candidate's remuneration.
